The Ball's Beach House

I have to do a post about this beach house. As I think I mentioned before it belongs to My dad's best friend Roger Ball and his siblings, as was left to them by their parents. I have stayed here a gazillion times since I was a little tiny kid so its special to me, the Balls are very nice to let us use it. It was built in the early 1900's and was purchased with the lot and the lot next to it for grand price of $1500.00. Now just the lot is worth around a million. Whats Charming about this place is it has never been remodeled or updated in any way. It has the original electrical, plumbing, lights, locks, kitchen appliances EVERYTHING. Its Awesome. Check this place out.

The bathroom sink faucets, one only hot water comes out and one only cold comes out. So if you want warm water to wash your face with just fill up half your hands with cold then switch to hot, presto warm water

The door is just slightly rusted

This is the house right behind it, its approximatly the size of a bread box, I think its so cute
