Dropping the P90X ball

So I started the workout series p90x one week ago, the last few days have been crazy. I've been gone all day, I've been really tired and feeling like I'm getting sick. So yesterday and today I didn't do my workouts and tonight I ate a bowl of cereal, ok like a bowl and a half of Kashi honey sunshine (which is the bomb btw) and a couple handfuls of crackers to comfort myself from such a rough day. arrrgghh! I was doing so good with the diet too. Freak, ma by if I practiced what I preached (intuitive eating) I'd be better off. OK just let me say it I'M ADDICTED TO DIETING. There's just something about that high you get from losing 5 or 10 pounds really fast, and you feel skinny, and hot and confident, and like you can conquer the world. Oh, and then reality sets in, deprivation that is, or you have a rough day and turn to the cupboard to comfort yourself. Will I ever find a balance between having the body I want and eating what I want to eat??? THAT IS THE ETERNAL QUESTION

OH stop it. You probably consumed 300 calories more than you had planned. And since it takes 3,500 calories to gain 1 lb and you're doing px90, chasing after a one year old and have a smokin bod already...I would say you're fine. It's actually good to boost you're calories every now and then because it keeps you metabolism high (and you sane!)
P.S. I HIGHLY suggest "Think Thin" bars! They have 0 sugar, low carbs, lots of protein and taste like a treat. Try the crunchy peanut butter one.

What is this px90 nonsense? I say you bust out the breathing lady video and do a few of her techniques. I'm sure we lost a few pounds just watching that and laughing back in the day. Besides Ash, You have no weight to lose!
