Eyeliner Dilema

How do you spell Dilema anyway? Is anyone else frustrated with their eyeliner? Everyone I have ever tried just simply does not stay on. It looks good when I first put it on but even a hour later it starts disappearing. I just want a friggin eyeliner that stays on and I don't feel I need to reapply it later in the day. Because I am not a touch up kind of person. I want to get ready once in the morning (which doesn't happen every morning, not even close) But the mornings I do I want to do it once and not think about the way I look the rest of the day. I've never tried any super expensive ones like MAC or anything from a department store, so maby some of you high end makeup shoppers can give me a good suggestion on a more expensive eyeliner. In fact I'm really just thinking seriously that I want to get permanent eyeliner done. Then I wouldn't have to think about any of this. I mean how nice would it be to wake up in the morning and have a good part of your makeup done, what a time saver. Not to mention if you go swimming or workout and your eye makeup actually stays in place.
